Tool Design Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for metal stamping dies Design Engineer who will be responsible for Die Design Feasibility, Developing DFM, Analysis and Dies Design. The Candidate must have minimum experience of 10 years in critical dies designs for Automotive components and home appliances. 

Job Responsibilities

1.The engineer will be responsible to check the feasibility details of die design according to part drawing.

2.The engineer will be responsible to adopt and suggest the appropriate machining process and process quality check.

Candidate Profile

1.The Engineer must be experienced in Part and Tool designs (metal stamping die) on VISI Cad / UniGraphics (NX)

2.Must Be experienced in checking and giving feedback on DFM & Analysis.

3.Must be experienced in Designing Complicated dies handling different parts, Automotive components and home appliances big parts, Say dies for capacity of  110 to 3000 Tns

4.Must be experienced in making the PPT Presentations to highlight the tool design challenges, DFM and Analysis challenges and DFM related issues. 

5.Must have good English speaking and writing skills. 

Experience Required: 10-14 yrs.
